Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in cases involving lost shipments, damaged products, or incorrect items delivered to the customer.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Return Window
Requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for review and approval.
Exchange & Replacement
In case of approved exchanges or replacements, the replacement product is usually delivered within 5–7 business days.
